I didn't think it was dirty. He got steamrolled. Keep your head up. He's trying to do too much and focusing on the puck. He lost situational awareness and got slammed for it.

A while back, I would have made that trade. Now, not so much. Babs is different, but the end results don't appear to be much different than Cooper. Weird ways of building lines and icetime.

Sorry to see Kucherov injured. Just an unfortunate sequence of events. Clean hit, but Kucherov wasn't expecting it, and was turning towards Schenn, so he landed on his back and couldn't stop his head from whiplashing into the ice. Hopefully he isn't out long term.

It can hardly be considered a blindside hit. It was a clean hit. Kucherov just needs to pay more attention and not act like he's just standing out on a street corner.

Schenn did what he was supposed to do.

Killorn has been under rated (and often under-utilized) for a long while now.

EDIT: the Schenn on Kuch hit was clean. Hope he's okay, but that was a fine hockey play.

Went to the game last night. That was definitely not a Lightning team that is hitting on all cylinders.....though Binnington made some huge saves to thwart some great chances (yes, i used the word thwart). Still think the Lightning will get it figured out (might need to make a move or two), but I think they will be there come playoff time. But the Caps and Bruins are going to be tough to beat this year, so the Lightning need to get it together soon, and they need to get tougher.

Hope Kucherov is ok......but it was def a great, clean hit. Seems like most agree on that.

100% clean hit. Kucherov has just gotten rid of the puck and stopped paying attention. It wasn’t a charge, it wasn’t boarding, it wasn’t a hit to the head; it was a punishing, clean hit to the chest. Get out of here with that nonsense.
